About Christ Community Culture Center

Who We Are

We firmly believe that our doctrine is subject to the Holy Scriptures; therefore, we reject heresy, fanaticism and all hypocrisy in any situation, lest there be a shipwreck (I Timothy 1 :19).

God's word must be correctly used and interpreted (II Timothy 2: 15, II Peter 1 :20).

We respect the powers of government because they are ordained of God (Romans 13:1-5). We pay our taxes, register to vote, obey the law, etc. However, when government is in conflict as demonstrated in (Acts 4:19 and Acts 5:20), then we must choose whom we will serve (I Kings 18:21).

What We Believe

1.

God is Good

Jesus declared, “No one is good—except God alone” (Luke 18:19). First John 1:5 tells us that “God is light; in Him there is no darkness at all.” To say that God is good means that God always acts in accordance to what is right, true, and good. Goodness is part of God’s nature, and He cannot contradict His nature. Holiness and righteousness are part of God’s nature; He cannot do anything that is unholy or unrighteous. God is the standard of all that is good.

2.

Nothing is Impossible

We undeniably serve a God who can do all things. He is faithful and loves us more than we can imagine. He also works things for our good. Our good often means waiting. Sometimes it means the building up of character, patience, compassion, or strength. And our good means teaching us to be active participants in our faith. Jesus wants us to receive Him and be doers of His Word. He won’t force Himself on us. We must open our hearts and receive His love. And I think we often forget the part where we must have active faith. Where we must believe, follow, and do.

3.

We are Significant

The true significance of life is that God made human beings in his own image with precious value. And that value, that significance, consists in knowing God, loving God, showing God. In other words, life is about God. Man is not central. God is central. He created the universe and humanity in order to magnify the greatness of God. And our joy in this world, which God made essential, is in Jesus Christ, in God the Father, in the Holy Spirit.
